British Media Reportedly Mocking Donald Trump After Meeting Putin

Trump meets Putin in Finland (Photo: REUTERS / Kevin Lamarque) – British media are reported to have “compactly” ridiculed US President Donald Trump in a local headline.

Quoted from CNN, Wednesday (18/7/2018), This followed a meeting between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin in Finland earlier this week.

In a meeting in Finland earlier this week, Trump refused to support the results of a US intelligence investigation that Russia intervened in the 2016 presidential election.

Instead, Trump is openly supportive of Putin’s denial which he calls ‘extraordinarily powerful and influential’.

British newspapers refer to Trump as ‘Putin’ poodle.

Various newspapers in the world released a variety of headlines that essentially quipped Trump aloud, who accused of ‘betraying’ in his own country.

One is the British media, the Daily Mirror, which on the front page label Trump as ‘Putin’s poodle’ or ‘Putin’s poodle’.

The Daily Mirror also cited the comments of former CIA Director John Brennan, who called Trump’s ‘not more than betrayal’ appearance.

Trump’s arrival to Britain a few days ago did get a negative response from the people there. Thousands of people held a demonstration in front of the British Parliament Building.
