Quoted from the AFP on Friday (06/07/201), the group will meet Russian negotiator again Friday (6/7/20148).

Moscow, an important ally of the Damascus regime, has brokered talks with rebels for the southern Syrian region bordering Jordan and the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.

His true peace dialogue has taken place twice last week. But the rebels did not want to leave the southern Syria region.

The failure of the negotiations made Russia the main ally of Syria stepping up air strikes in the region that made the armed groups increasingly urged.

“The rebel delegation is on its way to the meeting,” said Hussein Abazeed, spokesman for a joint rebel command in the south.

He accused Russia of pursuing a “scorched earth policy” to force the rebels to negotiate again.

Earlier, the Syrian rebel commander’s command said it was willing to hold a “new round of negotiations” if the cessation of hostilities came into force soon.
